What you are buying
A QUENIFI licence lets you run the QUENIFI PISO WiFi software on one vending unit. A licence is bound to a single board when it is activated. Licences are sold as monthly, yearly or lifetime, and the term begins on the day the unit is activated.
Your responsibilities
- Operate your machines in line with the laws that apply where you are, including any rules on offering paid internet access.
- Keep your account details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Do not attempt to copy, resell or work around the licensing system.
What we provide
We provide the software and the licensing service that activates it. We keep quenifi.com running so units can activate and check in, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable.
Your machines keep working during an outage. Time already paid for by your customers is held on your own unit and does not depend on our site being reachable.
Refunds
If a licence does not work and we cannot make it work, contact us and we will sort it out. Licences already activated on a unit are not generally refundable.
Ending a licence
We may revoke a licence that is being used to breach these terms, for example one being copied across machines it was not sold for.
Liability
QUENIFI is provided as it is. We are not responsible for lost income, lost data, or hardware faults on machines we did not supply. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.
